Overview

Lynn Vocational Technical Institute, or LVTI, is a large public vocational high school within Lynn Public Schools. The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education currently lists a broad collection of Chapter 74-approved programs including automotive, HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, advanced manufacturing, welding and information technology.

For students who know they want skilled-trades education but are not yet sure which trade to choose, LVTI uses a structured Grade 9 exploratory program.
